Maine Inland Anglers LLC – Participant Waiver

By signing this form, I acknowledge that participation in fishing trips and outdoor recreation with Maine Inland Anglers LLC involves inherent risks including but not limited to: boat travel, open water hazards, unstable ice conditions, cold water immersion, slips and falls, equipment related injuries, wildlife encounters, and exposure to weather.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in guided fishing trips including wading, boating, and ice fishing.

I agree to follow all instructions from my guide and wear safety equipment including life jackets when instructed.

I release Maine Inland Anglers LLC and its guides from liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation to the fullest extent permitted by Maine law.

I authorize emergency medical care if needed and understand that I am responsible for medical costs.

I acknowledge that ice conditions and outdoor environments are unpredictable and may change rapidly.

I acknowledge that my guide reserves the right to terminate a trip at any time due to safety concerns, or repeated unsafe behavior by the guests without refund.

By signing this form I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to participate voluntarily.

Please note than anyone over the age of 18 that is on the trip will need to fill out a separate form and sign it before we get out on the water.
